NATA or the National Aptitude Test in Architecture is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) for admission to undergraduate architecture programs across India. The exam evaluates the candidate’s aptitude for the field of architecture and their ability to comprehend and communicate architectural designs.
The exam consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A is a computer-based test that assesses the candidate’s drawing, observation, and visualizing skills. Part B is a pen-and-paper-based test that evaluates the candidate’s aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking skills.

NATA 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education Qualification
- Candidates must have obtained 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also an overall 50% aggregate score at 10+2 level.
- Candidates who have passed any 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the exam.
